Project Description: Interior demolition of the second floor west wing. Construction of ten ICU rooms, one isolation room, nurse station, staff lounge and supply room.

Project Challenges: Structural modifications in the interstitial space below the floor for new mechanical equipment. Complete modification to the existing plumbing systems while not disrupting use on the five floors above.
